We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementations, migrations, and support.

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, and system conversions under the RISE with SAP model.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Project System (PS)
- Financial Closing
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP best-practice solutions.
- Conduct business process workshops during the Explore phase and recommend standard SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW).
- Coordinate and support legacy data migration to SAP S/4HANA using SAP migration tools.
- Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, HR, and Banking.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and global delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration.
- In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Financial Closing
- Project System (PS)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or conversion projects.
- Knowledge of finance integration with MM, SD, HR, and Banking modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
- Strong understanding of SAP data migration tools and methodologies.
- Experience executing SIT, UAT, and Hypercare support activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in global delivery environments.
