About the Role

Implement and configure SAP RE-FX modules for real estate contract and lease management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes including contract creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Integrate RE-FX with FI/CO for accurate financial postings and reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support.
• Knowledge of integration with FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and Real Estate Portfolio Management.
• Experience with IFRS16/ASC842 compliance in lease accounting.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes in real estate management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules is a plus.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support.

SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules is a plus.
