Role: SAP S4/HANA Scrum Project
Exp Required: 10+ years
Location: Kolkata, Ahmedabad
Roles:
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple SAP S/4HANA workstreams.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for SAP programs.
- Manage dependencies across Finance, Procurement, and integration streams.
- Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure Boards etc) and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, SAP Solution Architects, and Business leads.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate offshore/onshore teams.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve impediments and escalate issues promptly.
- Drive process improvements and Agile maturity within SAP programs.
- Implement best practices for hybrid delivery (Agile + Waterfall for SAP) as required
SAP Project Expertise
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework.
- Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes.
Agile Tools & Practices
- Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools.
- Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
- Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimizing flow and predictability etc.
- Scrum Master Certification.
Project Management Tools
- MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent.
- Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
