- 12+ years of SAP program/project management experience
- At least one end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield conversion delivered in a global environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-workstream coordination across core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM; EWM/TM and MDG preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred - PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe, or SAP Activate Project Manager certification
- Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion lifecycle: discovery → planning → build → testing → cutover → Hypercare → stabilization.
- Own program governance: scope, budget, schedule, RAID, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Manage SAP Activate across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run
- Facilitate cross functional governance forums and risk/escalation trajectories.
Brownfield Specific Experience (Mandatory) :-
- Drive SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item evaluation, Custom Code Analysis, sizing, and compatibility validation.
- Oversee technical conversion with BASIS & infra: SUM/DMO, Maintenance Planner, Stack XML generation, dual maintenance, downtime reduction planning.
- Custom code remediation and Business Partner (BP) conversion.
- Define and manage conversion strategy for key data objects: FI docs, open items, materials, batch/serial, BP, etc.
- Coordinate multiple mock conversions, dry runs, and system preparation activities. Location of Posting - Bangalore
