You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with global e-invoicing standards. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in our procurement and invoicing processes.
Lead the implementation of e-invoicing solutions within the SAP MM module. Ensure compliance with global e-invoicing regulations and standards. Configure and customize SAP MM E-Invoicing functionalities to meet business requirements. Process Optimization:
Analyze current invoicing processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices to streamline e-invoicing workflows. Monitor and resolve any issues related to e-invoicing transactions and interfaces. Integration & Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate e-invoicing solutions with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Work with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth e-invoicing transactions. Coordinate with finance, procurement, and accounts payable departments to align e-invoicing processes.
