We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented SAP Human Resources (HR/HCM) Specialist to implement, configure, and support SAP HR/HCM solutions. The specialist will work closely with HR teams to streamline processes such as personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, and talent management. The ideal candidate has strong SAP HR module expertise and a solid understanding of human resources processes.
- Configure and maintain SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
- Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., SAP ECC to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors).
- Customize SAP HR solutions to align with organizational HR policies and labor regulations.
- Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on HR best practices and compliance within SAP systems.
- Recommend improvements to HR workflows and processes.
- Integrate SAP HR with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with IT, payroll providers, and third-party systems for seamless data exchange.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption.
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP HR users, ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Train HR staff on SAP functionalities and prepare user manuals/documentation.
- Develop standard and custom HR reports using SAP HR reporting tools and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll standards, and organizational policies.
- Support HR audits and data reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on SAP HR/HCM and SAP SuccessFactors features, upgrades, and best practices.
- Explore automation and self-service capabilities to improve HR efficiency.
- Participate in HR digital transformation and talent management initiatives.
