Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll
  • Expertise in SAP payroll configuration from Gross to Net Payroll (US preferred)
  • Proficient in BSI Tax Factory and tax configuration
  • Experience with Garnishments Configuration
  • Knowledge and experience in Off-cycle payroll definition and processing
  • Integration experience with SAP FI and third-party financial systems
  • Familiarity with PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) is a plus
  • Knowledge of post-payroll activities and related processes
  • Proficient in Wage Type (WT) configuration, Payroll execution, and Schema flow
  • Strong experience with testing and validation of payroll processes
  • Willing to work in US time zone shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
