Role Overview:
We are looking for an experiencedSAP FMGM Consultantwith strongexpertiseinFunds Management (FM)andGrants Management (GM)modules. The consultant will work onimplementation, support, and roll-out projects, ensuring smooth configuration and integration of SAP FMGM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implementSAP Grant Management (GM)andFunds Management (FM)functionalities, includinggrantstracking, budgeting, reporting, and financial monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure SAP configurations align with business processes.
- Provideexpert-level advice on best practices, regulations, and reporting.
- Conduct system testing, includingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve issues related to SAP GM and FM.
- Perform system upgrades and apply patches, ensuring continuous improvements to SAP GM and FM functionalities.
- Support grant-relatedmonth-end and year-end closing processes, ensuringaccuratefinancial reporting.
- Maintain documentation for SAP GM and FM processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Identifyopportunities to improveefficiencyand effectiveness of grant management processes within SAP.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum5+ yearsof hands-on experience in SAP GM and FM module configuration, implementation, and support.
- Experience with complex grant-related workflows, including budgeting, fund allocation, and financial monitoring.
