Sap Financial Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance – Accounting & Financial Close Consultant with 7–12 years of expertise in Finance and Accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, and Reporting. The candidate will be responsible for driving implementation, migration, support, and optimization initiatives across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Financial Closing Operations
• Design and implement financial closing and reporting processes.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Configure Parallel Accounting, Document Splitting, and Universal Journal.
• Collaborate with Controlling (CO), Treasury, Procurement, Sales, and Tax teams.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and testing activities during S/4HANA transformations.
• Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal financial controls.
