Role Summary
We seek an experienced and talented SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in implementations, upgrades, and AMS support. As a Senior Consultant, you will support the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet client business needs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents, tickets, change requests, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and releases to suggest innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Debug ABAP programs when required.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts (Japan, UK, US).
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or MBA (Finance or equivalent).
- 68 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong exposure in:
- Financial Accounting: AP, AR, GL, Taxes, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
- Controlling: Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Project Systems.
- FICO integration with MM & SD Modules.
- Banking: EBS & DME.
- Expertise in configuration, customization, and integration of FI & CO modules.
- Strong understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocuments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP FICO Certification desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance added advantage.
