SAP Fico Lead/Architect

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP FICO Lead/Architect. This pivotal role requires extensive expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, and Internal Orders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial processes, strong integration capabilities with other SAP modules, and a proven track record in financial compliance, S/4HANA transformation, and providing technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP FICO modules to comprehensively support all financial processes of the organization.
• Expertly manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within SAP FICO.
• Effectively handle Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Seamlessly integrate SAP FICO with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and other relevant SAP modules.
• Configure bank accounting, cash management, and treasury functions within SAP to optimize financial operations.
• Provide robust support for profitability analysis (CO-PA) and product costing (CO-PC), delivering key insights for business decisions.
• Perform comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and cost control activities using SAP Controlling (CO) functionalities.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations such as IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and other relevant standards.
• Manage various aspects of taxation, withholding tax, and country-specific fiscal settings within SAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues promptly, including providing expert end-user support.
• Actively work on data migration, system upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Develop and execute detailed functional specifications for custom developments related to SAP FICO.
• Conduct comprehensive user training and create robust documentation for finance teams to ensure effective system adoption.

• Any Graduate or Above
