Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Perform end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).
• Good experience in SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation and multiple support/enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to GST, taxation, and financial compliance processes.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
