Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects, preferably within Manufacturing or Product-Based organizations. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting end users, and driving process improvements across finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules based on business needs.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to design and implement effective SAP solutions.
• Manage and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA) processes.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to business users.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation.
• Support financial reporting, month-end closing activities, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
• Proven experience working in Manufacturing or Product-Based companies (Mandatory).
• SAP FICO Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Financial Reporting
• Experience in business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA (Completed) or CA Intermediate.
• MBA (Finance) or B.Com.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in end-user training and change management activities.
• Exposure to SAP integrations and cross-functional business processes.
