Workhorse post About the role As part of a SAP Transformation Capability Center in Hyderabad / Bengaluru serving a Saudi Arabia-based enterprise, you will drive enterprise-wide finance transformation, designing future-state S/4HANA Finance across multiple business units and geographies. This is a transformation role, not an AMS support position.

Key responsibilities

● Configure and design SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)

● Drive Controlling design (cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, CO-PA)

● Lead Record-to-Report (R2R) process transformation and standardization

● Contribute to brownfield conversions and S/4HANA migrations

● Design solutions for Central Finance, Group Reporting, or planning (SAC / BPC)

● Lead fit-to-standard workshops with finance stakeholders

● Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live for finance streams

● Enable global template rollout across business units and countries Required qualifications

● 7-14 years of SAP FICO experience

● Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration expertise

● Brownfield (ECC to S/4HANA) implementation experience

● Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation expertise

● Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, SAC, or BPC

● Integration knowledge with MM and SD

● Global rollout and transformation exposure

● Ability to operate across Saudi Arabian and UK business cultures Preferred qualifications

● SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification

● KSA localization: ZATCA / Fatoora e-invoicing, VAT, Zakat, IFRS

● UK localization: Making Tax Digital (MTD), UK GAAP / FRS 102 What we offer
