Required Experience

• Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications
• Expertise in solution design, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ability to drive RICEF developments and functional documentation
• Experience in testing, traceability matrix creation, user training, and UAT support
• Exposure to working with onsite/offshore teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Finance/SAP FICA team
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Configure and deliver SAP FICA solutions aligned to business needs
• Collaborate with developers for technical enhancements and integrations
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities
• Coordinate effectively with business users and global teams
• Ensure successful delivery through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
