Job Description :-
Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with 8-15 years of expertise. As a senior member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in SAP EWM implementations, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, customer demonstrations, and presales activities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Ø The role will support the Presales activity and accelerate technical preparation of the solution demonstrations, delivery of RFPs, and execution of Proof of Concepts
Ø Should be able to do Resource planning
Proof of Concept delivery including development/integration work
Ø Supporting/coordinating RFP and RFI responses
Ø Participation in strategic planning and GTM processes
Ø Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored SAP solutions, providing cost estimates, timelines, and ROI calculations, and presenting these solutions to potential clients.
Ø Conduct product demonstrations to showcase SAPs capabilities, features, and benefits, effectively addressing client questions and concerns.
Ø Understand the technical aspects of SAP solutions, including integration, deployment options, and data migration, and communicate these effectively to clients.
Ø Responsible for leading the design and implementation of an SAP WM/EWM and LE solution-delivering of project deliverables including blue prints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training and go-live support.
Ø Should have experience in SAP EWM module Skills with multiple end to end SAP EWM Implementations Experience.
Ø Experience in SAP EWM configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
Ø Sound knowledge on EWM-PP, EWM-QM and EWM-SD process integration.
Ø Partnering with key Business and IT stakeholders to outlay the global design of Extended Warehouse Management and delivery of the design globally.
Ø Utilize specialized expertise in the area to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and the Manufacturing Sites to define detailed User Stories for DT enablement of business needs.
Ø This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
Ø Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and processes set within the ERP Services Delivery model, best policies and procedures.
Ø Work within and participate in the Change Control process.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education And Experience
- 8-15 years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ø Excellent SAP skills - system functionality and technical understanding
Ø Must be up to date on latest ERP release, including detailed knowledge of EWM and TM
Ø HANA knowledge preferred
Ø Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ø Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
Ø Proficient English language skills
Ø Willingness to global travel
Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
