SAP CPI Support Consultant (Offshore)

Hiring: SAP CPI Support Consultant (Offshore)

Location: Remote (Offshore – INDIA)

Position: Contract

Experience: 6+ Years

Work Hours: Primarily IST (Occasional CET overlap when required)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2+ technical support for SAP CPI, SQL, and SSIS-based integrations

Monitor integration interfaces and data pipelines

Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis

Troubleshoot ETL jobs, SQL issues, and SAP CPI interfaces

Coordinate with L3 teams to ensure stable end-to-end integrations

Required Skills:

SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData

iFlows, Adapters, Message Routing, Error Handling

Strong SQL (Queries, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)

SSIS & ETL Workflows

Database Troubleshooting & Log Analysis
