TCS is hiring for SAP Convergent Mediation (SAP CM)

Exp: 7+ years

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai

SAP Convergent Charging (CC) experience.

SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) knowledge.

Telecom domain experience.

Exposure to cloud technologies and DevOps tools.

SAP BRIM implementation project experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM landscape.
• Experience with telecom billing and charging systems.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Mediation Zone configuration
• Pipeline design

Design, develop, and support SAP Convergent Mediation solutions.

Configure mediation workflows, pipelines, and data processing components.

Implement data collection and transformation processes for telecom usage records (CDRs, EDRs, IPDRs).

Integrate SAP Convergent Mediation with SAP BRIM modules including:

• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)
