Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and enhance SAP Concur solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and manage integrations between SAP Concur and external systems, including:
  • Multiple site configurations
  • Citi card feeds and reconciliations
  • SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur integrations and data flows.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Stay current with SAP Concur updates, integration best practices, and new features.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur development and integration.
  • Proven experience configuring SAP Concur integrations for multiple sites and Citi cards.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration points.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with SAP Concur APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and data mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • SAP Concur certification(s) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global SAP Concur rollouts.
  • Familiarity with financial processes, expense management, and corporate card programs.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in SAP environments.
