Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP Concur solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and manage integrations between SAP Concur and external systems, including:
- Multiple site configurations
- Citi card feeds and reconciliations
- SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur integrations and data flows.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Stay current with SAP Concur updates, integration best practices, and new features.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur development and integration.
- Proven experience configuring SAP Concur integrations for multiple sites and Citi cards.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration points.
- Proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience with SAP Concur APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and data mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- SAP Concur certification(s) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global SAP Concur rollouts.
- Familiarity with financial processes, expense management, and corporate card programs.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in SAP environments.
