Position: SAP CAPM Consultant (with RAP expertise)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote
Work Timing: 2PM - 10PM
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) with RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
- Build and maintain scalable applications on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Develop OData services, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 applications with CAPM and RAP.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Work on integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAPM and RAP.
- Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
- Experience in SAP BTP development (Node.js, Java, or CAP framework).
- Good knowledge of Fiori/UI5, annotations, and event handling in RAP.
- Understanding of domain-driven design and RESTful architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Side-by-Side Extensions on BTP.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Exposure to Event Mesh, Workflow, and Business Rules on BTP.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
