Role: SAP BW Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP BW/BI data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Data Sources, Info Objects, Info Providers, DSO/ADSO, Info Cubes, Composite Providers, and Queries.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Optimize BW performance and troubleshoot data load/reporting issues.
• Support BW process chains, monitoring, and scheduling activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.) for data integration.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BW/BI development.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling, ETL processes, and Query Designer.
• Experience with Process Chains and data extraction techniques.
• Understanding of SAP HANA and SAP BW on HANA.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Good SQL and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) exposure.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and CDS Views.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
