We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA professional to design, develop, and support enterprise data warehousing and reporting solutions. The role involves end-to-end BW development, HANA data modeling, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP BW/4HANA data models and reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain Data Sources, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and Queries.
- Develop ETL processes and data integration from SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Perform data modeling using SAP HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize BW queries and data loads for performance.
- Collaborate with business users and functional teams.
- Support production issues and implement enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA (or BW on HANA).
- Expertise in ADSO, Composite Provider, Open ODS View, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains.
- SAP HANA modeling – Calculation Views, SQL Script.
- Experience with data extraction from SAP ECC/S/4HANA (LO Cockpit, Generic Extractors, CDS Views).
- BEx Query Designer / Analysis for Office.
- Performance tuning of queries and data loads.
- ABAP for BW routines (Start/End/Field routines).
