SAP Business Solution Architect:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Business Solution Architect with deep expertise across multiple SAP modules (FICO, SD, PP, MM) and proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, integration, and migration initiatives, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable SAP solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to drive digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary solution architect for SAP implementation, transformation, and migration projects.
- Lead the design and integration of SAP FICO, SD, PP, MM modules ensuring seamless end-to-end business process coverage.
- Architect and oversee SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including system conversion, greenfield/brownfield implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide integration expertise between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., CRM, third-party applications, cloud platforms).
- Drive solution workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and demo sessions to validate business requirements.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for SAP architecture and design.
- Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions across the SAP landscape.
- Mentor consultants and lead cross-functional SAP teams through design and delivery phases.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business expectations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
- Expertise across SAP modules: FICO, SD, PP, MM with strong knowledge of inter-module integration.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid).
- Hands-on experience in HANA database migration, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and system landscape design.
- Understanding of integration frameworks (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, Middleware like PI/PO, CPI).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to map business processes into SAP solutions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Experience with RPA, AI/ML integration into SAP landscape.
- SAP certifications in multiple modules or Solution Architecture.
