Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a SAP BTP Trainer located in Bengaluru. The SAP BTP Trainer will deliver training sessions, provide consulting, and support training materials development for SAP FICO, Materials Management, and Business Processes. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating practical, hands-on learning experiences that are aligned with educational goals.

Key Training Areas:

• SAP BTP Concepts & Architecture: Introduction to BTP services, integration capabilities, and practical applications in enterprise scenarios.
• SAP BTP Capabilities: Covering database, data management, analytics, integration, and extension capabilities.
• SAP Fiori: Application design, functionality, and best practices for user experience.
• AI within SAP Ecosystem: Understanding AI capabilities, business use cases, and how they can impact functional processes.

Responsibilities of Trainer:

• Deliver structured training sessions over 10 days in an interactive, classroom setting.
• Share real-time examples, industry use cases, and practical demonstrations.
• Prepare and provide training materials, assignments, and reference content.
• Guide participants in mapping business requirements to SAP BTP solutions.
• Assess and ensure learning objectives are achieved by participants.

Audience:

Functional consultants who need to understand SAP BTP's concepts and effectively align them with business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in SAP BTP, Fiori, and AI capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer / mentor is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
