Role Description The SAP BTP Trainer at Calxmap will design and deliver training programs focused on SAP Business Technology Platform for learners at various skill levels. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where the trainer will conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs to help participants apply SAP BTP concepts to real business scenarios. Day-to-day activities include preparing training materials, updating course content, demonstrating practical use cases, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized guidance. The trainer will collaborate with other experts to align training with industry best practices and may contribute to curriculum development for future programs.
Qualifications
- Strong SAP domain expertise, including SAP BTP and SAP FICO, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Training and instructional delivery, including designing curricula, facilitating sessions, and evaluating learner performance.
- Knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to relate SAP solutions to real-world organizational workflows.
- Experience with Materials Management and related SAP modules, enabling comprehensive coverage of integrated business processes.
- Background in Consulting, with skills in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and solution recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a learner-focused, inclusive teaching style.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or SAP instructor is highly beneficial; SAP certifications are an advantage.
