Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP BRIM Consultant with a focus on Convergent Charging (CI) and Convergent Mediation (CM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP BRIM solutions within a dynamic business environment. You will be responsible for designing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our billing processes and optimizing revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP BRIM solutions focusing on Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform system configuration and customization for SAP BRIM components to meet business needs.
• Conduct testing and validation of the implemented solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BRIM issues post-implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM functionalities and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience with SAP BRIM, specifically in Convergent Charging (CI) and Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue management.
• Proficient in SAP BRIM configuration, including pricing, discounting, and invoicing.
• Experience with integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
