Job Description

Manage and administer SAP systems, including SAP NetWeaver, ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, Solution Manager, and other SAP components.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including application servers, database servers, and related infrastructure.
User Management:
Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations within SAP systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Configure and maintain single sign-on (SSO) and secure authentication mechanisms for SAP users.
System Monitoring and Performance Tuning:
Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and health using monitoring tools like SAP Solution Manager or third-party monitoring solutions.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources for optimal performance and scalability.
Patch Management and Upgrades:
Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, and support pack installations.
Implement patch management strategies to ensure SAP systems are up-to-date with the latest software patches and updates.
Backup and Recovery:
Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions for SAP systems, including database backups, file system backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system availability.
Transport Management:
Manage SAP transports across landscape environments, including development, quality assurance, and production systems.
Coordinate the release and deployment of SAP transports to ensure consistency and reliability of system changes.
Security and Compliance:
Implement security measures to protect SAP systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security and privacy.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Generate regular reports on SAP system performance, utilization, and compliance for management and audit purposes
