JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP HR/Payroll development and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP HR/Payroll applications while working closely with functional teams to deliver business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP developments for SAP HR/Payroll.
• Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow components.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 7–10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working on the SAP HR/Payroll module.
• Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including Reports, ALV, SmartForms/SAP Scripts, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, RFCs, and Interfaces.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of SAP development lifecycle and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Graduate/Post-Graduate).
