The Senior Associate will design, develop, and deliver SAP S/4HANA technical solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles and SAP's recommended extensibility and integration patterns. The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, APIs, RICEFW development, interfaces, and enhancements. A significant focus is on integrating SAP S/4HANA with multiple peripheral and third-party systems, working closely with SAP BTP Integration Suite developers to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

Demonstrated ability to analyze integration requirements and identify the most appropriate standard SAP integration option (released APIs, CDS Views, Business Events, OData, IDocs, etc.) before recommending custom development, while working collaboratively with SAP BTP Integration Suite developers to deliver Clean Core-compliant integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP OO, RAP, CDS Views, OData, and ABAP Cloud principles.
• Deliver RICEFW objects with strong emphasis on Interfaces and Enhancements.
• Apply Clean Core principles using released APIs, CDS Views, Business Events, and approved extensibility options.
• Analyze integration requirements and identify the most suitable standard SAP APIs, CDS Views, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST APIs, Business Events, or BAPIs before recommending custom development.
• Work jointly with SAP BTP Integration Suite developers to define the division of responsibilities between S/4HANA and middleware.
• Design secure, scalable, reusable, and upgrade-friendly integration solutions.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, technical design, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Prepare technical specifications, interface designs, mapping documents, and support documentation
• Perform code reviews, performance optimization, defect resolution, and production support.
