Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager at Naturals Unisex Salon in Thamarassery, Kerala. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing brand standards, and driving sales and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing salon staff
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of salon operations, beauty, and grooming industry trends
• Languages: Malayalam & English required; basic Hindi preferred
