Salesforce (Vlocity)Senior Developer-Developer

Responsibilities

• Serve as Offshore Technical Lead
• Manage offshore technical project team members
• Handle resource allocation, work prioritization, and effort estimations to ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines
• Guide developers with technical solutions and best practices
• Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

Management / Personal

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce project execution, with at least 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong systems design experience with the ability to design or explain complex system interactions (data flows, interfaces, APIs, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to speak and present effectively to clients

Salesforce Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (Telco domain preferred)
• Proven experience with APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) – minimum 3 years
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SOQL queries
• Experience with Flows, configuration, and administration in Salesforce
• Proficient in Git and SFDX deployment processes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data access and sharing rules (security model)
• Experience with common integration patterns between legacy systems and Salesforce platform

Certifications Preferred

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)
• Vlocity (Salesforce Industries - SFI)

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Experience with Communications Cloud
• Knowledge of Vlocity (SFI) CPQ
