Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture assessment and future-state design of a CRM transformation program involving Salesforce and HubSpot consolidation. The architect will define the future-state Salesforce architecture, integration strategy, licensing considerations, and implementation approach while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing Salesforce architecture, customizations, integrations, and technical landscape.

• Define future-state Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform capabilities.

• Evaluate existing Salesforce org reuse versus greenfield implementation options.

• Design enterprise integration architecture, data flows, and API strategies.

• Support Service Cloud process and solution design.

• Contribute to licensing optimization and platform strategy recommendations.

• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to define user stories and technical requirements.

• Support implementation roadmap development, ROM estimation, and transformation planning.

• Facilitate architecture workshops and present recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-14 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in an Architect role.

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Flows, Apex, and Lightning.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures and CRM transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and enterprise application ecosystems.

• Experience with data architecture, migration strategy, and CRM consolidation initiatives.

• Knowledge of Salesforce licensing models and optimization approaches.

• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
