Location: Pune - Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, platform scalability, and performance optimization across multiple Salesforce clouds. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define architecture standards and deliver robust, high-performing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions across Salesforce platforms.
  • Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement architecture strategies to efficiently handle Large Data Volumes (LDV).
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and coding standards.
  • Review technical designs, code quality, and solution implementations.
  • Guide and mentor development teams on architecture patterns and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive continuous platform improvements.
  • Support technical estimations, solution planning, and architecture governance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture and Solution Design.
  • Expertise in Apex architecture, governor limits, and platform scalability.
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions for Large Data Volumes (LDV).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration architecture using APIs and event-driven patterns.
  • Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Expertise in application performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and platform best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Azure Load Testing.
  • Exposure to Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Salesforce Technical Architect certifications are highly preferred.
