We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-14 years of experience in the job market of India and possess strong skills and qualifications in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions that meet business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet business needs
Perform Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration tasks such as creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permissions
Create and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules
Design and develop custom Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Integrate Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
Train end users on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionality
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5-14 years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud certification is required (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant certifications are preferred)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud architecture and data model
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
Experience in configuring Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and performing administration tasks
Experience in designing and developing custom Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Experience in integrating Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with other systems
