Proven experience of 5+ years in Salesforce QA testing, with expertise in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and large-scale integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in API testing, including REST and SOAP services, using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Extensive experience testing in manufacturing domain environments, validating complex workflows and data consistency.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, validation rules, and object relationships.
- Expertise in SQL and SOQL for data validation and test verification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment processes.
- Proven ability to test third-party integrations with Salesforce, validating data synchronization and error handling.
- Excellent defect management skills, with experience using tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Web Automation Experience - Will be an added advantage.
