Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
- Oversee Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Drive user adoption and support change management initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management with Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
