Role: Salesforce Data Quality Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract ( 4-6 Mnths)
Role Overview:
Salesforce Data Analysts are responsible for the day-to-day activities related to data quality, enrichment, and ensuring the accuracy of Salesforce data. They work closely with the Data Architecture Lead and other stakeholders to analyze, clean, and enhance data within the Salesforce platform.
In addition this role needs to be proficient with basic project management
Role Responsibilities:
Perform data profiling and analysis to identify and rectify data quality issues.
Implement data cleansing and deduplication processes to maintain data accuracy.
Collaborate with end-users and business units to understand data requirements.
Develop and execute data enrichment strategies to enhance Salesforce data.
Utilize data tools and automation to streamline data management processes.
Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address issues.
Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Provide support for data-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Create and deliver Client facing status reports
Create Internal status and other reports
Create Monthly Business review summary with
Summary of activities completed
Metrics on number of data records reviewed and then corrected
% completion of tasks with estimates both time and effort to complete open and new tasks
Ability to validate and approve time in Ruddr
Ability to coordinate time off and report internally and to the client
Ability to answer questions related to project delivery quality
Ability to identify and raise any project related issues
Required Experience:
Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
Understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
Experience with Salesforce data import/export processes.
Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in data profiling to identify data quality issues and trends.
Experience using data cleansing tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Familiarity with external data enrichment tools and APIs.
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Knowledge of data compliance standards, such as GDPR, and implementation within Salesforce.
Proficient in SOQL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Salesforce databases.
Experience in database management and optimization.
Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools for data quality and enrichment automation.
Proficiency in creating and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Experience with analytical tools for in-depth data analysis.
Experience in data migration projects, including data mapping and validation.
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Salesforce Chatter & Slack.
Experience using project management tools to coordinate tasks and projects.
Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining data quality and enrichment processes documentation.
Commitment to staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality challenges efficiently.
Ability to conduct technical analysis of Salesforce data and data relationships.
Needs to be able to start with a concept such as defining the criteria for identifying duplicate records.
Running the queries to determine patterns and relationships.
Needs to understand Salesforce architecture, good development practices, Object relationships, workflows and Salesforce tools

Account
Contact
Lead
Opportunity
Case
Other objects will be added to scope including custom objects
Ability to communicate with both IT and Business resources from Square.
Ask questions to determine priorities, Square processes and business models
Ability to gather and assess data issues and then make share findings and recommendations.
Document these in Jira tickets and other process documents.
Develop an approach plan with the Square client team and then execute the plan.
Ability toarticulate and document the specific detail steps required to assess, recommend, plan and execute data clean up and enrichment tasks.
Including the ability to estimate with high accuracy the amount of effort and time to complete each of the agreed upon tasks
Ability to run queries to create a Salesforce data dictionary.
Including recommend which attributes to include in the data dictionary
Ability to define and make recommendations on data governance and data management best practices specifically in a Salesforce environment
