We are seeking a
Salesforce Product Owner with extensive experience in managing Salesforce implementations and driving business value through technology. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define, communicate, and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
- Backlog Ownership: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness of user stories for the development team.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Solution Oversight: Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce enhancements and provide guidance to business users on new functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of integration with other systems, data migration, and reporting dashboards.
