Salesforce marketing cloud developer-Agentforce

Job Description

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.
• Data Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), data integration, data modeling, and data management practices, DLO, DMO, Calculated Insights, Activations
• Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SQL, and AMPscript.
• Good experience in Sales and Service Clouds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Data Cloud certifications, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Data Cloud Solutions: Develop and manage data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP).
• Customization: Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud components, including AMPscript, SQL queries, and API integrations to meet business needs.
• Integration: Integrate Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing.
