- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Good knowledge on Care management,Clinical data management,Complete patient view, EHR integration,communities implementation and clinical documentation.
- Strong knowledge in Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
- Good knowledge in Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
- Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
- Data Modeling and Governance: Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
- Application Development: Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
- Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
- Good communication skills
