Role: SFDC FSL Developer- Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Lightning FSL to design develop and implement solutions that enhance our field service operations The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities FSL configuration and custom development using Apex Lightning Components and integrations
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement FSL solutions including Service Territories Work Types Service Resources Skills and Scheduling Policies
- Configure Field Service Lightning Dispatcher Console and optimize scheduling
- Develop custom solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs
- Customize Mobile App for field technicians and ensure offline capabilities
- Implement Service Appointment lifecycle and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing deployment and documentation of solutions
Required Skills Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I mandatory
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification preferred
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Handson experience with Apex LWC Triggers Batch Classes
- Knowledge of FSL data model and scheduling optimization
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile App customization
- Familiarity with integration patterns and tools MuleSoft REST APIs
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge of OmniChannel Routing
- Exposure to DevOps tools Copado Gearset
