Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Must-Have Skills

56 years of overall IT experience with 34 years in Salesforce.com development and 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, with at least 2 end-to-end project implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with:

Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs)
Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation
Identity Resolution (IR) rules and configuration
Data Cloud Query Language (DQL)

Deep understanding of:

Salesforce Data Cloud objects, data models, and profile unification
Data mapping and ingestion from multiple sources
Data integration using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and ETL tools

Skilled in:

Creating and maintaining data models, schemas, and mappings
Building data pipelines, SQL usage, and data quality management
Integrating external AI/ML models with Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG

Strong knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication and ability to work with onsite/global teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
Exposure to: Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Familiarity with data governance best practices and compliance standards.
