About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in delivering scalable solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
