Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Build user interfaces and workflows with Lightning Framework and Salesforce LWC.
- Ensure optimal functionality and performance of existing Salesforce applications.
Integration & APIs
- Create and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, web services, and other tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with technical teams to collect and document requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
Innovation & Compliance
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
- Recommend best practices to improve Salesforce implementations.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
