Job Description

  • Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Good knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience building business process automations or workflows.
  • Experience with reporting & dashboard technology.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferred:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning,)
  • Experience on Health cloud is an added advantage
