Role Description The Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience who can design, develop, test, optimize, do code review and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to support Bajaj Finserv's financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Salesforce clouds, building and customizing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, and integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems. strong knowledge about plateform engineering like code optimization, code review, chaos engineering in high volume system involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and administrators to translate requirements into technical specifications, optimize existing workflows, and ensure data integrity and security. The Salesforce Developer will also maintain documentation, perform troubleshooting, and support ongoing enhancements and releases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in core Salesforce.com development, including Apex programming and customization on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Candidates should possess skills in building user interfaces with Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components to create responsive, user-friendly applications.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security configuration, workflows, and automation.
