Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer & Administratorto join our in-house team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of bridging business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate business processes into scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and user guides.
- Optimize and manage workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, and integrations to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including test coverage, and deployment processes.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline operations.
- Provide internal support and training to end users as needed.
- Demonstrate independent learning, problem-solving, and strong time management skillsin daily tasks and project work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experiencein Salesforce development or consulting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Apexand Lightning Web Components (LWC) both are mandatory.
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with documentation and technical specification writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Consultant).
- Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration toolsand REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience using Gitor similar version control systems.
