Responsibilities :
Designs and implements end-to-end DevOps solutions using Copado.
Manages metadata and source format pipelines using Copado.
Trains and mentors team members on Copado and Salesforce development.
Automates processes and implements CI/CD with native Lightning components.
Monitors Salesforce application health and release metrics, providing insights to stakeholders.
Continuously optimizes the DevOps toolchain for better productivity and reduced overhead.
Ensures compliance and governance by defining and enforcing security policies throughout the development lifecycle.
Automates testing processes using Copado Test, including various types of tests (Apex, manual, Selenium UI tests).
Collaborates with Salesforce development teams to implement DevOps best practices and improve delivery speed.
Manages and optimizes Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, for development and testing.
Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines with Copado for reliable Salesforce deployments.
Excellent troubleshooting experinece on deployment issues and ensures smooth transitions between environments.
Hands on experience with GitLab / AzureDevOps / GitHub
Experience with Git branching & merging strategies for efficient code management
