Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployments, production support, and stakeholder interaction. The candidate should be capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and Flow automation.
• Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft) for end-to-end integration support.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model.
• Experience working on integrations with third-party applications.eg REST APIs, (MuleSoft exposure is Good to have)
• Hands-on experience in production support and incident management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Must have exposure to Data Migration / ETL (Data Loader, Workbench, Jitterbit (Preferred) SSIS or equivalent ETL tools (Good to Have)
