Role Description The Salesforce Commerce Cloud role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the team member will configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring stable and high-performing online storefronts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, implementing features, and performing integrations with third-party systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, UX designers, and QA professionals, as well as supporting production deployments and troubleshooting issues. The team member will also help optimize site performance, contribute to documentation and best practices, and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge, including experience with eCommerce workflows and online retail best practices.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret business needs, analyze data, diagnose issues, and propose effective technical and functional solutions.
• Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document solutions and processes.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and provide reliable support.
• Sales and business acumen to align technical implementations with revenue goals, conversion optimization, and overall commercial strategy.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, integrations, and version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate within a team structure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with other Salesforce products or certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage.
